• Available Saturday to Saturday (4pm check-in/10am check-out)
• Available weekends only or Saturday to Saturday September and May
• October through April: Call for rates � lease option available
• May & September: $1,500 per week
• Memorial Day through Labor Day: $2,100 per week
• Coast Guard Festival Week: $2,350 per week
• Terms: $1,000 deposit upon reservation w/ balance due 4 weeks prior to scheduled date; $150 nonrefundable cleaning fee; $500 refundable security deposit.
